Have you ever googled "What does a farmer look like?" Well I did just that after a twitter conversation recently about the image that is portrayed of farmers. I've got to say I was less than impressed with the results.
I can assure you right now that farmers are not all grey haired bearded men in checked flannelette and bib & brace overalls holding a pitchfork!
To the diversity of our farming community in Australia, I have traveled around the country photographing and interviewing our farmers to see and hear all about them, their families, their farms and why they do it all!
Creating this book has been both challenging and rewarding!
